Recently awarded with the 2020 Travellers Choice by Trip Advisor this is the place to go! The surroundings are so tranquil and magestic with thousands of acres of untouched bushland and mundaring weir right around the corner. ... Listening to the birds, watching the dragonflies go by, the local kangaroos coming up to say hello, life just has a pause button here, it teaches you to stop and just be. And on top of that you get fed delicious plant based meals, drink lots of rain water and then there is a choice of: Enjoying a jet bath outside watching nature Massages Clayfoot massages Sound healing Swiss Ball for fitness Yoga Bush walks The list is huge, too much to write. And all the rooms are beautiful and have their own names. Mine is the Yin/Yang room This incredible place is run by Neil and Jenny Whyte who look after you like Kings and Queens! 09.01.2022 I like to remain modest, but once in a while it is important to express the power of our health retreat. Our current guest who is about to leave has been here for 13 nights has skyrocketed forwards. He told me this morning his reflux/ indigestion is gone. His headaches are gone( He used to have 3 -4 per week with painkillers). He sleeps better. He is going to become a Pescatarian. He also used to pee a few times per night...now none...bladder/ kidneys function better. Conseq...uently, he has slept much better. He has lost 7 -8 kg. He has enjoyed meditation and is looking for a group to join so he can continue. He has a plan when he leaves and he has self confidence going forwards. And again here is his message from yesterday: Im grateful to have the courage to transform myself into a new life. Short cuts never have and never will work to achieve optimal health and fitness. A person can't lose weight and become 'healthy' with any drug, nor can a person achieve cardiovascular fitness by sitting on the couch.
