He asked me for a drink of water. I was delighted he asked! He was from Melbourne. He said,"you have to drink more water up here because it is hotter". I asked him does he drink much water in Melbourne. He said, "you dont have to because it is cooler down there". I said to him that he would end up with problems with his kidneys sooner or later. He promptly said, " I have had kidney stones". When you are reluctant to drink water....just ponder on this thought..... What would happen if our septic systems had to function without water? ( I am not for one minute, inferring that anyones body is a sewer) We have to flush all the toxins and waste out of our bodies with water in order to prevent same building up in our organs and causing problems with our health. Please teach this to your young children! (This Information was obtained from my own medical doctor, medical specialist and natural practitioners)

16.01.2022 Here are some more simple tips on how I improved my well-being! How did you manage with the short walk and monitoring your water intake? Are you able to feel a little change? Monitor the amount of cane sugar you consume. Gradually cut back slowly! Cut back those cakes, biscuits etc. with your cup of tea or coffee. Try a cracker with cheese or tomato.
