24.01.2022 It's one of those magical mornings where everything is sparkling

24.01.2022 Today's garden friend This little chap kept following me as I potted about the garden. I kept finding him new places to rest but he kept finding his way back to me.... Quite magical to have such a beautiful companion for the day. Beetles are resilient little beings. A reminder that we are too and that if we keep trying we'll get what our heart desires

23.01.2022 Purple rocks and purple skies. Such a delight for the eyes . I took myself to play out after my work day at Werribee Gorge on Wadawurrung and Wurundjeri land. Do you remember playing out?... I recently turned 30 and now I'm an "adult", promised to make more time to play, have fun and invite more joy in to my world. Nature is abundant with joy. I loved scrambling around the rocks and river gullies on this beautiful sacred land. What brings you joy?

20.01.2022 This isn't a stop motion, it's just how this super impressively camouflaged little being moves around. How does it make your eyes feel? I noticed him whilst harvesting homegrown cornflowers for a special tea blend I'm creating for next year's workshops ... I can't wait to share with you

18.01.2022 Another one of Mother nature's magical creations. Everyone meet the Fringed Lily. The softest petals I've ever felt

18.01.2022 One of the greatest things about this year has been launching my weekly Qigong classes in Blackwood. It is such a joy to share this life enhancing practice with others and see the peace it brings them .

16.01.2022 Emerging from my tent this morning I was greeted by a silent mist, it had settled in overnight blanketing the beautiful trees surrounding me. What a symbolic way to start new years eve. I can't help but feel like the mist has been swirling around most of us this year. As we descended the mountain the mist began to clear. Something tells me 2021 is going to be just that little bit clearer.... Sending you so many well wishes to you and yours for the year. I look forward to welcoming you to the beautiful Blackwood state Forest very soon

16.01.2022 Looking for a way to keep warm and support your bodies natural healing abilities as we head in to the cooler months? Join me for Qigong tonight at 6 in the Blackwood Community Hall . Newbies, drop ins and cash welcome. ... All you need is yourself, a mat and some comfy clothes. Ooh and there'll be some soothing tea to get you settled too. See you then

14.01.2022 Sadly in person classes are postponed until the latest Victorian lockdown ends and restrictions ease. I'm going to miss sharing the magic of Qigong with others. So I'm thinking I'll dive online. Would you be interested? ... Sending so much love to my fellow Victorians as we navigate through the next little while.

13.01.2022 Tea qi is amazing Yesterday I had the joy of attending a winter tea blending workshop with the wonderful The Cottage Herbalist. I learnt so much about the powerful properties of different plants and how they can support our bodies throughout the winter months.... This is my very own tea blend that I made in the workshop, super delicious and packed with goodies . What's your favourite tea blend?

11.01.2022 The sipping breath Ahhhhh Can you do it without laughing? I struggle hehe. ... It's one of the reasons why I love this Qigong move so much. Anything that brings giggles and joy in to our world is a good thing! I also like to imagine I'm a mighty Dragon breathing the fiery heat within me back in to nature. What comes to mind for you?

11.01.2022 Wake 'n' Shake Qigong - a 5 minute practice to start your day As we move through Autumn, a time of letting go of things that no longer nourish us and bring in things that do. You might be inspired to start a daily or weekly Qigong practice to support your wellbeing. Qigong holistically improves mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. Within moments of practicing this slow, deliberate, and mindful moving meditiation, a sense of calm groundedness overtakes the senses, fill...ing the body with a relaxed and centered sense of peace. The more we practice, the more we can tap in to this state of being. So here’s a short 5 minute Wake ‘n’ Shake practice you might like to do as you wake each morning to set the tone for a peacefilled day. https://youtu.be/8hEk4Wvqcp4

10.01.2022 Loving having this beautiful being back from her Summer break in the Forest. It's always a gift to see her. She's pretty familiar with me now after living together for a year.... I often hear her itching and grunting under the house but moments like these, where we can sit and be together are so special. So much gratitude. The magic of wombats

08.01.2022 Aren't these trees beautiful? They may look dead but they're actually full of life. Did you know that dead trees support 5,000 different species?... And whilst collecting firewood from the forest is an Aussie tradition, what we see as ‘dead wood’ and fuel, birds, mammals and insects use as shelter and food sources. With the colder weather settling. People are stocking up on firewood . Be mindful of where you source yours. Source sustainably if you can such as farm grown firewood. So many animal's, plants and fungi will be grateful to you for it! Find out more on sustainable firewood here: https://vnpa.org.au/conserving-nature/sustainable-firewood/

07.01.2022 A peak at my beautiful log cabin healing room in the heart of the Wombat State Forest . It's such a blessing to practice Reiki here. Both in person and distance . Reiki is a powerful energy healing therapy that supports the flow of energy and removes blocks in a similar way to acupuncture or acupressure. ... Improving the flow of energy around the body, to enable relaxation, reduce pain, anxiety and fatigue, speed healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness. Interested in a session? Book Online or send me a message

06.01.2022 The magic of mushrooms and accidental rainbows . Nope, this isn't a Halloween decoration in the making . This is my first batch of Reishi tincture.... I decided to give growing Reishi a go and this is my crop from Summer stewing happily in alcohol. I love mushrooms. They're fun to look at, tasty to eat and help sustain all life on Earth not to mention the amazing health benefits for our bodies. We only get one vehicle for life so it's important to take care of it. Reishi for example can help: the immune system stress management sleep and mood heart health fatigue The list goes on. I have mushroom mylk on the daily and have done for over 6 months now. The tincture will be ready in a couple of weeks, I'm so excited to try it. It's amazing the difference these Little fungi can make.

04.01.2022 If you'd've told me 3 years ago I'd be living out in the Forest, on a mission to help people connect more deeply to themselves and our beautiful Earth through Qigong, Reiki and Forest Therapy I would've looked at you and said oh I don't think so... ...I couldn't do that, I'm not... ...enough, worthy, confident...... The list would've continued and my my, it has been and still is a journey of undoing self limiting beliefs and changing my inner narrative to support me in my dreams of supporting you! We are all worthy of our dreams and Autumn is a time for letting go. For releasing the things that no longer serve us; thoughts, behaviours, people. What can you let go of?

04.01.2022 Wurundjeri land you truly are magnificent . Such a delight to spend hours connecting to land amongst rock Giants and ancient trees. Climbing to find a perch amongst the tree tops being kissed by the breeze watching the world go by.... Bliss

03.01.2022 The most "mundane" tasks are often the best for mindfulness and the imagination. I delightfully stumbled across these beautiful bits of nature whilst gathering twigs this morning. So of course I built a little gratitude platter and left them for the mushroom fairies

01.01.2022 Here's some beautiful swirly twirly mushrooms for you to get lost in for a moment.
