23.01.2022 Howdy everyone - happy easter Just a short video I made last week with Natasha (another fellow Bacchus Marsh naturopath and friend). Giving you all an update that we have moved to phone consultations only and contactless supplement pick ups. Hope everyone is well and taking care. We are catching up on loads of gardening and playing a world of board games this weekend. Staying home and staying safe ... 21.01.2022 It’s Friday Lime Day peeps. My lime tree has the most amazing limes (that look like lemons), Annie and I just collected a basket full so don’t be alarmed if your bag of supplements contains some limes today

19.01.2022 Howdy everyone, With the COVID 19, and trying to reduce the bell curve/ spread of the virus. I have decided to pause doing iridology (photo of the iris for now) as the virus spreads through the nose, mouth and eyes via droplets. And I also can’t get anymore alcohol wipes to wipe it down between photos. My beautiful lavender smelling clinic will now smell like tea tree sorry. As I will need to wipe handles etc after each appt. Also I will offer phone consultations over face to face consultations for those who would prefer phone consultations. 18.01.2022 Kaden is braving the weather and has collected some limes 10 limes for $1 Oh just had that feeling that maybe he can’t sell limes due to covid restrictions- I have told him to bag up the limes and they will be at the front driveway for anyone who wants limes

17.01.2022 School goes back tomorrow so I’m back to being available each week day. Abbey and Kaden did attempt to help me unpack orders ended with Abbeys doll taking a spabath in the empty box with the foam packaging and Kaden using the foam packaging and creating animals hehe At least I had the company while I unpacked . Seminar yesterday and ready for routine again tomorrow.

13.01.2022 Now with school back guys My available days for consultations are weekdays Monday, Tuesday and Fridays are within school hours and Wednesday and Thursdays I’m also available later afternoon/ early evening Initial consultation is $90 and return consultation is $60 Phone number is 0420 923 512 ... With the new restrictions in place for Melbourne metro/ Mitchell shire - I can do phone consultations for these areas and then organise express postage for supplements (supplement collection I believe is still mighty fine for the restricted areas - it’s just consultations because they go for longer than 15min). I know how much I love face to face appts but I need to follow the guidelines so I can continue to practice. Hopefully the next 5-6 weeks will go super quick so I get to see everyone’s faces again soon. For new initial consultations I will need to do a zoom/ face time call but return appointments I can do phone calls. 13.01.2022 COVID-19/ Pandemic/ social distancing The World Health Organisation (WHO) have announced the COVID-19 a pandemic therefore careful measures are taking place to avoid the spread to the vulnerable. Social distancing of 1.5m will now mean that for the moment I will be moving from face to face consultations to phone consultations (as face to face consultations can take longer than 15min with dispensing herbal medicines etc) and I will then organise supplements via letterbox drop... or pick up in the clinic (if you are well). If you are unwell or in isolation I will deliver to your letterbox. Due to phone consultations, not being able to do blood pressure, look at tongue and nail analysis, iridology updates etc I am going to reduce the return consult fee for $60 to $50 for phone consultations. If I feel these are needed - blood pressure and nail and tongue analysis on a return visit, I will get you to collect supplements in clinic and I’ll will do blood pressure etc but within the 15min window as recommended by social distancing (if you are well of course). Unfortunately due to the virus droplets spreading through eyes, mouth and nose I have decided absolutely no iridology photos for the moment - and also can’t get alcohol wipes anywhere to clean the camera between photos. Completely out of stock. I am going to miss everyone’s face as I love face to face consultations but after speaking to fellow naturopath friends we have decided that phone consultations are in everyone’s best interests but I am also so very thankful that I can do phone consultations so I can still look after all my amazing peeps and help support the immune systems, health and vitality Hope everyone is well Much health and wellness to you all Natalie Honig

01.01.2022 Hello Everyone after the school holidays my new available times for appts will be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday within school hours. Thursday and Fridays I’ll also be available after school, late afternoon and evenings (7pm being the latest appt time). Over the school holidays I’m available for appointments on Monday 8th April and Wednesday 10th April. I’m unavailable the second week of the school holidays 12th-22nd April. ...
