The most bioavailable oral zinc in Australia is Zinc Citrate, alternatively, people can purchase Zinc Picolinate from the US. We could add to Janet Landsbury's plea here that ...children also need our own example to imitate through their play, examples of care and respect for each other and all living things. That stick I put in my last post may be a sword, but a sword that defends the good, not one that thrashes about mindlessly. They learn that from what they see in us and the environment around them.
