Just look at this new yoga schedule (www.rosslynbaywellne...ss.com.au/yoga), it is jam-packed with so much variety, wellness and wisdom. So much news to share with you all! No longer do you need to travel to Bondi Beach to experience a holistic and varied yoga program offered by world-class teachers, we are bringing it right here to you in Yeppoon. We are continuing to step up our game this year and are offering you all the features you would expect from a premium yoga facility including bolsters, straps, blocks, eye pillows, salt lamps, LED track lighting, drums, flutes, singing bowls, incense burners, Aussie Gold spring water and also we are super excited to announce that we've just invested in 16 (rather expensive) Jade rubber yoga mats for an enhanced gripping and balancing experience. You'll notice on the new schedule the introduction of some exciting classes and teachers joining us, with Rosslyn Bay Wellness stalwart Nicole Porter returning from mumma duties to offer her soul-soothing Monday evening Hatha Slow Flow class again as well as the introduction of our first official post-natal class, which will finish each month with a special mums and bubs experience. Our dear friend and dedicated practitioner Donna Littlejohn has also decided to join the collective this year and will be offering a unique blend of Yin yoga with the famous Iyengar style that is exploding all around the world. We've also decided to introduce some Intermediate/Open level classes for our more serious practitioners who are looking to challenge themselves and deepen their practice this year. We won't be handing out certificates or anything at this stage but we just ask that those attending these classes have some foundational experience and commitment to going further in their practice. Grant is back with a new Summer WolfFlow series, as well as a foundations class for newcomers who are wanting to familiarise themselves with Grant's own pioneering, unique and multidisciplinary brand of yoga. Our international teacher Celine will be offering both a Slow Flow Restorative class as well as a Dynamic Vinyasa Flow class for those wanting to bring more power and flow into their practice and Kylie will be offering a Core Flow - Pilates/Yoga Fusion class for those wanting to combine yoga with an amazing rejuvenating workout with so many physical and mental benefits. If you don't want to carry cash, you can now purchase a 10 class pass for $120 (20% discount) on our website. What a great gift as well if you would like to give the gift of wellness to your loved ones this year. We have also moved our Wildcard night to the last Friday of each month where we will be hosting some variety events that will include dance, seasonal ceremonies, breathwork and much more plus a communal dinner at Beaches afterwards.
