13.01.2022 What if we are here to learn a lesson? In my view of the world I believe we are here to learn. I was bullied as a child, and I took on board some beliefs about my self-worth that permeated my life for a long time. I did start to think later on that I must have gone through what I did for a reason, because otherwise why would it happen to me. However is this the ego talking.... Anyway, I now believe that my lesson is I'm meant to learn to love myself. What do others think? Comment below if you have a view on this. #learning

11.01.2022 Food for thought. My eldest turned 17 today. Nearly an "adult". Definitely growing into that label. It caused me to reflect. As I have changed, healed, learned more about myself, she has also changed and grown, become more mature in her outlook on life.... Is this because of my healing and learning? Maybe, maybe not. Maybe I just see her differently, with more confidence in myself.
