23.01.2022 We like the sounds of this recent study findings - A study called "In Vino Veritas" (In Wine, Truth) involved tracking 146 subjects, half of whom drank red wine, and half of whom drank a white wine over a year. The researchers reported at a European Society of Cardiology meeting last year that those who worked out twice per week and drank wine either kind saw a significant improvement in cholesterol levels. So wine drunk in moderation together with regular exercise is the way to a happy and healthy life!! #redwine #whitewine #benefitsofredwine #benefitsofwhitewine #navigliwines #italianwine #happylife

22.01.2022 Trentino Alto Adige has several native red grape varieties such as Lagrein, Marzemino and Teroldego, which are all delicate, light, balanced, low tannin and easy drinking wines. Of the native white varieties, Traminer is one of the most aromatic wines and Nosiola, with its characteristic bouquet of hazelnuts is often used to produce a unique dessert wine. Trentino Alto Adige is especially distinguished for its production of Grappa, fruit and mountain herb based spirits.Trentino grappa is softer, aromatic and less aggressive than grappa from Veneto and Friuli so its highly recommended novice grappa drinkers first try grappa from Trentino! #trentinoaltoadige #trentino #italy #italianwine #grappa #villadevarda #navigliwines

It is intense, fresh and with hints of red berry and violet. 11.01.2022 The wine region of Liguria extends from the border with France to the northern part of Tuscany and is one of Italys smallest provinces. The vineyards are small and scattered and situated on terraced areas that descend gradually from the hills to the sea. Ligurian wines, especially whites, are renowned for their elegance and freshness. The most distinguished white wine is Vermentino, which is very light, fresh, citrusy, and slightly herbaceous. Pigato, Albarola, Bosco, and Ci...nqueterre are other excellent indigenous white wines. Liguria also produces red wines such as Rossese of Dolceacqua and Brachetto of Albenga. #liguria #whitewine #winelover #vermentino #redwine #winecollection #italy #italianwine #navigliwines

09.01.2022 Did you know that moderate red wine consumption is better for you than not drinking at all? (in case you needed an excuse!) The antioxidants found in red wine lower incidences of cardiovascular disease, mortality, and type-2 diabetes. Of course, if you drink more than youre supposed to, the benefits are replaced by increased health risks. So, do yourself a favour, drink red wine in moderation. #wine #winelovers #healthbenefits #glassofred #winewithfriends #wineaday #redorwhite #bestwines #italianwine #navigliwines

06.01.2022 For many years, Chianti has been an important agricultural product of Tuscany. World War II devastated the region, leaving many people with seemingly insurmountable debts, and many farmers left the country in search of better lives. However, as so often is the case, out of adversity came advances that would change Tuscany forever. In the 1960s, a law protecting wines was passed. In 1967 Chianti received a Designation of Origin or DOC. In a mere 20 years, the quantity of wine ...being produced was cut in half, and a new focus was placed on quality. The result has been worldwide recognition and a reputation for excellence. Sangiovese is often combined with small amounts of locally grown Cabernet Sauvignon, Canaiolo, Ciliegiolo, and other grapes into beautiful wines such as Nobile di Montepulciano and of course, the signature Tuscan wines, Chianti and Chianti Classico. #tuscany #tuscanywine #chianti #sangiovese #wineregions #italianwine #navigliwines
