23.01.2022 The Leprosy Mission Australia has been a Navitas Eduction Trust (NET) partner for the past three years. The global #nonprofit organisation strive to support children who otherwise would not receive a formal education, by providing quality inclusive education that leads to a better life, and more hopeful future. The NET has been supporting TLM's 'Socio-Economic Rehabilitation' project that provides education to 150 children in Nepal. One student receiving help is 12-year-old Nishsal Thapa from Dolakha, a remote district of Nepal whose father contracted leprosy as a child. 15.01.2022 Today we released the second instalment in a series sharing findings from our recent global agent survey. Part 2 looks at the key question arising from the research will perceptions of a countrys handling of the pandemic, and its safe and welcoming reputation, translate to increased enrolments when the #internationaleducation sector recovers. The survey gathered insights from almost 400 responses from education agents in 63 countries.
