21.01.2022 Moving from Lebanon to Australia is not easy. Fatima, a Bankstown AMEP student found it difficult too, until she started studying with us. She began with us in the AMEP and was later offered a Pathways to Work Customer Service Course.... At the beginning she was worried her English was not good enough to finish the course. But as she progressed through the course and the two-week work experience, her confidence grew, and she is now confident to work and communicate with anyone.
