06.01.2022 Shout out to all the amazing students SLS had Zoom appointments with during this tough week. It has been a delight to work with you all. A common theme coming up for our students has been time management and struggling to focus on assessments. Some may remember this from our Campus Manager’s advice during orientation, "How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time." So, what is your next bite? ... Breaking your assessment into small chunks and planning your next three steps can be a helpful strategy. For example: - Unpacking the assessment, what exactly do I need to do? - Checking the weekly topics to see if any weeks look helpful. - Downloading and having ready access to one chapter, article or lecture recording for those 10-minute windows of time.
