25.01.2022 Congratulations to Coogee SLSC who successfully conducted a Surf Boat Rowing Academy over six weeks. David Smith and Beck Hamilton conducted the Academy with support from many people, and the final day was held today with over 80 people down to watch them do their first races against each other and then a chance to row with the senior rowers. 21 new and ex young club members completed the six week Academy, and now have the skills and confidence to either compete in surf boat...s or officiate. This is what the sport is about, incredible effort Coogee boaties. #TeamNavyASRL Beck Hamilton Facebook

20.01.2022 Below is an update from your ASRL committee regarding the 2021 Team Navy ASRL Open. Noting the current Covid situation your ASRL Committee is currently locking in a back up date for the Team Navy ASRL Open. This is a plan B only and current planning continues for our original date of February 18 to 21 at Mollymook. Once the date has been cleared by all stakeholders an announcement will be made.... We are very conscious of State Border Restrictions and requirements by certain states for a Covid free period before lifting border and quarantine restrictions. What a year 2020 was! Let’s all hope that we don’t add 2021 to that. Our thoughts are with our SNB Boaties who appear to be doing all they can to turn the current situation around. ASRL committee
