25.01.2022 This Friday is pyjama day!!! To support the St Vincent de Paul winter appeal, Mini Vinnies at Nazareth are asking all students come to school wearing their pyjamas. All students need to do is wear their pyjamas and bring a gold coin donation. To be safe, covered shoes must be worn - no slippers or ugg boots

24.01.2022 In celebration of World Environment Day tomorrow, Year 6 lead a beautiful prayer celebration today, which included a living prayer space. Well done Year 6

22.01.2022 Today was pyjama day Staff and students came to school dressed in their pyjamas. Everyone had such fun and we raised for St Vincent de Paul's Winter Appeal. Not even the rain could dampen our spirits



21.01.2022 Last Friday Year 6 hosted their annual Summer Fun Day to raise funds for the Year 6 Graduation gift back to the school community Students dressed up in summer style shorts, t-shirts, Hawaiian shirts, hats Students spent part of the day participating in fun activities organised by the Year 6 students themselves, such as disco, lego, coding and ice blocks. Great work Year 6!

21.01.2022 Congratulations to Nazareth's outstanding boys' swimming relay team Morrison, Sunny, Reid and Matthew made it in fourth place at the CSNSW swimming at Olympic Park. Congratulations boys!

16.01.2022 Today Nazareth girls participated in a netball gala day Nazareth was represented by 4 teams, one junior girls team and three senior girls teams. Students had a great day as they played against students from a range of schools across the diocese. Congratulations to all of the girls who played. They displayed both teamwork and great sportsmanship. Well done girls

14.01.2022 Last week was Book Week 2020 celebrating the theme Curious Creatures, Wild Minds. Nazareth's curious creatures used their wild minds to dress up in the outfit of their favourite book character. Not even COVID-19 could stop the children from dressing up and having a ball Staff had a pretty good day too Here are just some of the photos of the fun everyone had.

09.01.2022 Yesterday was the International Day of Mathematics Kindergarten celebrated this day with a variety of maths activities. They learned about subitising (recognising a small number of objects without counting) so they played teddy bear bingo, tenzie, roll and build, build a city and learned how to play dominoes. Look at the concentration on their faces.

09.01.2022 Today we celebrated Principal's Day We give thanks for the outstanding leadership, commitment and support Mr Dempsey provides to all staff, students and parents each and everyday. Mr Dempsey never fails to make our Nazareth community special. Thank you Mr Dempsey for all that you do (even in your pyjamas!!)

07.01.2022 As part of their Australian Gold Rush unit, Year 5 went panning for gold!! A lot of wealthy panners here at Nazareth!

06.01.2022 Yesterday, the Mini Vinnies team at Nazareth held a fundraising event to raise funds for Catholic Missions. All students came as their favourite athlete or dressed in active wear. As part of the fun of the day students from K-6 made a 'sockball' from recycled or used materials. Through the generosity of students, the team raised over $700. Congratulations Nazareth on your generous support

01.01.2022 Today the Learning Centre spent some time with Mr Dempsey. Together they decided which oranges on our tree were ready to pick and eat. The students described them as being delicious, sweet and yummy.

01.01.2022 This week Stage 3 participated in their own Public Speaking Competition. Mrs Tyson and Mrs Troughton were official Adjudicators, finding it extremely hard to pick winners from the eight outstanding competitors. Eventually a winner from Year 5 and Year 6 were chosen. Congratulations to our two winners!
