25.01.2022 Spot of re-grouting today.

24.01.2022 Simple little cut and shut job today , basically ,the stair case stuck out too far , making it difficult to get a car past. Narrowed it by 345 mm The client will now paint it all and put it back together.

22.01.2022 Current project pt 2 , lined ,first fix to joins .

21.01.2022 Previous couple of weeks has been spent , replacing damaged plaster in a local showroom, then a repaint.

18.01.2022 Do you have issues with cracking in your plaster, ceilings? I've just completed fitting three control joints to this ceiling , client will do the repaint.

17.01.2022 This last week has been about repairing damaged done by tenants.

17.01.2022 I don't often do this,but I was asked to build a retaining wall for a garden , quite happy how it turned out .

15.01.2022 A spot of re-grouting ,walls and floor.

14.01.2022 This week has been a fence to double gate , conversion.

12.01.2022 The last few weeks , I've primarily been working on one house. I began with a tear out of the old kitchen and wall linings, filling in an old doorway. I've repaired all walls and ceilings.... After 20 years as a rental ,the repair work was extensive. Finally a re- paint. In the future a new kitchen will be installed. A few before and after pictures.

11.01.2022 Finally finished the showroom I've been working on. Repaired the walls ,then painted. I think it's come up nicely.

10.01.2022 Something a bit different ,it is probably not well known but I've a lot of hours on machinery.. So if you want to dry hire a digger for example id be happy to operate it for you. A couple of pictures of a just completed project.... I had to level a site for two water tanks and excavate a trench for new down pipes.

09.01.2022 Well I've been busy. Two slabs down ,new water tank for one ,a small shed for the other. These non supporting sheds are a lot of work ,got there in the end.

08.01.2022 It's the week for doors. Fitted prior to the painter coming in .

08.01.2022 I was asked to fill in a couple of old air con ducts , upon closer inspection ,there was never going to be an easy fix on this one ,too much water damage from leaks. So I removed the damaged sections and resheeted the area.

07.01.2022 Ever thought , I'll just get a flat pack , how hard can it be? Well let me take the stress out of the job. Cupboard I assembled today.

07.01.2022 Filling in an old door opening.

06.01.2022 Spot of refurbishment . A very old federation door. Loads of different paints over the years . Breakage around the door handle area that required repair.... Finally a repaint and fitting a new handle.

06.01.2022 Another day another door jamb rebuild and new door hung.

05.01.2022 Last week was a freshen up of some tired old timber windows . Sorry no before pictures , suffice to say they were peeling pretty well.

05.01.2022 My current project , replacement of water damaged ceiling and walls . The biggest issue was ,after checking heights with my Lazer ,I discovered a 53mm difference in height,so the decision was made to fit batons on droppers to adjust the difference in height.

04.01.2022 Something a bit different. I've made sliding boxes for my work van. Quite happy how they have come together.

04.01.2022 Another week , another ceiling replacement. This one failed due to some enterprising person , deciding to glue the ceiling gyprock directly to the trusses. Anyway it lasted a few years.... I've now fitted batons ,laser leveled . Finally resheeted and new cornice. A big job but I'm happy with the finished result.

04.01.2022 Fitting a trim to a fireplace , client will paint it.

01.01.2022 Door jam replacement today.

01.01.2022 Current project pt 3 ,As I am waiting on new windows for the front wall this is far I can go for the present time.
