22.01.2022 One misconception of eyelash extensions is that they damage your natural lashes. The short answer is well... they can But don’t let that deter you. Eyelash extensions should be perfectly placed on top of one SINGLE natural lash 1mm from the base that has been isolated by an eyelash tech. We naturally shed 4-6 eyelashes per day, so your extensions should just pop off with it. This is why it’s super important to come back for refills every 2-3 weeks to remove the lashes like... in the picture shown so it doesn’t weigh down your natural lash and snap off! But it doesn’t stop there, your aftercare is just as important as the application, if not more. Are you brushing your lashes every day? Are you sleeping on your face? Do you use skincare that contains oil around your eyes? There are so many factors as to why your lashes might get damaged or why your extensions might fall off quickly.
