25.01.2022 Welcome to #NBR 2021 - whilst our end of the year wasn’t quite what was planned (but wasn’t that the perfect homage to the year!) we are looking forward to welcoming our staff and clients back from Monday 4th of January - albeit with masked smiles! We will continue to do everything within our capabilities to optimize your safety whilst managing your physiotherapy needs and cannot wait to kick off the new year!

23.01.2022 Expanding seems to be the theme of our year at #NBR. We have news! Watch this space for our additional rooms coming end of July.

23.01.2022 We would like to wish all of our wonderful clients and their families a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! We are thinking of everyone who is unable to spend the time with their family, but we are excited to see what 2021 has in store

19.01.2022 We officially have recruited another member to our NBR squad! Introducing Tim, our senior sports physio. He has spent many years treating sports injuries and has recently returned from his work training other physiotherapists in Tonga. Together with Maddie, Tim is very excited to be providing physiotherapy to Wakehurst FC for this season. To book in with Tim, call us on 9453 9991 or book online at www.nbrehab.com.au.

16.01.2022 Waving goodbye and wishing all the best to our boss lady! We’re going to miss your positivity, bouncy energy and endless Ariana Grande playlists in the clinic as you go on maternity leave. We are so excited to meet the three little nippers that you are about to bring into the world of social isolation.

16.01.2022 Thanks Probus Belrose for hosting our falls prevention education session - We hope you found our tips helpful!

16.01.2022 Disability is NOT inability! Technology changes lives dramatically to help people do things they can’t! We love partnering with our community and had a ball trialing these great new toys with @dejaymedical ! Thanks as always for a great learning experience #neurologicalphysiotherapy #innovation #disabilityisnotinability

13.01.2022 We will be remaining open at this stage. Changes will be taking place this week as we reduce the size of our group classes, explore Telehealth options and encourage home visits. We will emailing all our clients with an update shortly. Please feel free to get in contact with us if you would like to change your appointment type. Stay safe!

10.01.2022 Another rough day at the office! Amazing day with our friends from @manlysailability getting our most experienced sailor back in the captains seat! It was an honor being able to watch our client’s pure joy at today’s achievement

09.01.2022 Welcome to the full time gig Carleen! Don’t know if Setten knew quite what was in store today, but man he’s working hard. As always, we are keeping everyone moving and grooving with private clinic appointments (no more than two people at a time), home visits and telerehab services. Extraordinary measures in place to clean and keep everyone safe!

07.01.2022 Yes, we are still open! Although Carleen is definitely working the hardest this morning. Physiotherapy is considered an essential service during this pandemic and we will continue to operate. The clinic has limited patient numbers, we have commenced Telehealth consultations and home visits are available. We hope everyone is staying safe and supporting one another.

07.01.2022 A week full of big achievements. First time in a single kayak for Will and he kept pushing for almost an hour despite the wind picking up. Milkshakes to follow of course #physiotherapy #northernbeaches #rehabilitation

04.01.2022 Due to the current outbreak of the corona virus (covid-19), the Department of Health and the Australian Physiotherapy Association have made recommendations to prevent spread of the virus in the community. We want to re-assure all our clients and their families, that we are adhering to these guidelines and implementing heightened infection control strategies to avoid the spread of corona virus and maintain the safety of our clients. We request that all clients, family members ...and carers who have symptoms of fever, cough, sore throat or shortness of breath call prior to their appointment to alert staff and postpone their treatment until they are well. We also request that any clients who have been travelling overseas or those who have had contact with someone with corona virus alert staff immediately. We have been taking extra precautions to ensure cleanliness within our clinic. You can help us by: Using our hand sanitiser on arrival and exit from our clinic Frequent hand washing with soap and water, before and after eating, and after going to the toilet Cover your cough and sneeze Strategies that we are using to ensure cleanliness include: Practising good hand hygiene Wiping down equipment after use Ensuring that staff who are feeling unwell do not come to work Regular cleaning of the clinic and its equipment Supply of masks available For more information and latest advice, please visit www.health.gov.au. Please also read the below link for further advice.

04.01.2022 We don’t usually like to brag, but we just can’t help ourselves.... because our amazing Physio Maddie came 25th in the 5km swim at the Cole Classic earlier in February!! So proud of her effort and can’t wait to see her continue to live our dream as a professional athlete. #rehab #physio #northernbeaches
