24.01.2022 As the gym is closed for the week due to shutdown rules, it's just Mr Bone-Jangles and I in the office most of the day. Just the two of us ...

24.01.2022 Your time is valuable ... so is mine. In the last couple of months, several clients did not turn up to their appointment and while I do understand that situations change, as a small business no shows and late cancellations really hurt my business. Just this week, four clients did not show up and they did not call or text to let me know. This is not fair to me and it is not fair to my clients who are in pain and who are desperate for an appointment. Text and email reminders ar...e sent out 24 hours in advance, allowing you time to quickly send back an SMS to reschedule your appointment with enough time for me to fill your booking. So far I think I have been more than fair and have not invoiced people who do not attend their appointment but going forward, I am implementing a No-Show Fee of 50% (Ex GST) of the value of the treatment. To avoid this please contact me as soon as you know you cannot make the appointment. I hope you understand and I really appreciate your kind consideration.

01.01.2022 For the last two days there has been a little lizard watching me massage, rock blade and dry needle my clients. I tried to catch it to put it outside but sadly, after it witnessed the untimely demise of a rather large spider at my hand, it was unwilling to accept that I wanted to help it. I finally managed to get close enough to drop a kidney dish over the top of it, slid a piece of plastic under it and dragged the plastic to my door where I had to pick it up. Unfortunately, when I picked it up there was enough room for the little lizard to make good its escape and after screaming like a banshee (me, not the lizard), one of the coaches at the gym came running out and thankfully caught him. I am happy to report, he (or she) has finally been reunited with nature.
