This year, as every year, all funds raised support the PIF House Program to provide housing for homeless youth. Napier & Blakeley hosted one of forty-two yachts sailing on a course around Green Island and St Helena Island on the beautiful Moreton Bay. 20.01.2022 Our Property Tax Analyst had the pleasure of inspecting this charming holiday cottage at Tambourine Mountain. Beautifully renovated, the cottage featured an Alpine design with a grand towering roof line, plus kitchen, bathroom, three bedrooms and living areas spread out over three levels. The home had an original two-way featured fireplace which also acts as an exterior outdoor oven. The extensive renovation on the property meant our client was able to claim depreciation for ...capital works as part of the Building Allowance (Division 43). Also, they were able to claim depreciation on the fitout costs for Plant & Equipment items (Division 40). Our team also prepared a separate Depreciation Schedule for these assets.
