21.01.2022 We are officially on Christmas break. . Thank you for all your hard work over 2020, a gym without its people is just a room full of equipment. You members are what makes our gym so special and we are so grateful to be able to share your fitness journey with you . We are looking forward to seeing you all when we open for the new year bright and early on the 4th of January.... . Luckily, God has provided us with a gym at home to tide you over while we are closed! Or, if you dont have a garden we bet you know someone who needs help with thiers! See more

17.01.2022 Bring a Buddy Wednesday is HERE! On Wednesdays at Shalom you can bring a friend to workout with you in the gym for no extra cost for the whole of Term 3!
