22.01.2022 *BOOTCAMP* Hey team! Full body muscle toning/fat burning bootcamp starts this thursday 4th of may at 12 Stone brook Court, Cashmere, 4500. Time is at 7am for 45 minutes. 20.01.2022 Most people believe that you have to go to a gym just to get fit. This isn't true at all, getting fit or maintaining your fitness can easily be done within your own house! For example you can do burpees, squats, pushups, lunges, crunches for 5 sets 1minute per set with a 1 minute rest. Or even utilising household items to help you get fit. Such as a chair for incline/ decline pushups, or dips. A table for incline rows. I hope this opens your eyes a little to cheaper alternatives. 12.01.2022 Hey guys, here i am doing a Kettlebell deadlift, variations of this include: single leg deadlift, two kettlebell deadlift, pushup to kettlebell deadlift. The kettlebell deadlift will also be included within the bootcamp on thursday. Which is now at 12 Stonebrook Court, Cashmere 4500. Message me privately, or like/comment if you would like to come along to the bootcamp, only $10 per person or if in a pair $15 between you two ( in other words $7.50 each)
