07.01.2022 Given the recent updates from the Federal and State Governments in relation to the Coronavirus, (COVID-19), we feel now is an appropriate time to update our clients in relation to our current policy and protocols with regard to this pandemic. The safety and wellbeing of our team and clients is, as always, our main priority. With this in mind, and for your reassurance, I advise that we have taken the following measures to address our responsibility to mitigate the current thr...eat posed by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) to not only our business but also the wider community:- Effective from Tuesday, 24 March 2020, all deliveries will be paperless. This will eliminate the need for personal interactions on site, and if required our operations team will confirm delivery of your client’s containers by email once completed. Should your clients need to interact with our drivers on site we have instructed our drivers to maintain a distance of at least 1.5 metres. Please let us know if your clients have any other site requirements and we will inform our drivers accordingly. Our drivers will be conducting daily health assessments, including temperature checks, and will not carry out any deliveries if they feel unwell. They will also be certifying on a daily basis that they have not recently travelled overseas or had close contact with someone who has. We have implemented the social distancing in the workplace guidelines as per the Australian Government Department of Health Coronavirus alert. At this stage, it’s business as usual for us. We will however continue to monitor this issue, and trust you will contact us if you have any queries.
