It doesn't have to be structured, it can be playing with the kids, taking the dog for a walk or just choosing to cycle or walk instead of driving.

23.01.2022 IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR COHUNA LOCALS: If you had to get a COVID-19 test after the exposure at the footy/netball and you've got your negative test result back, you are then under the exact same lockdown rules as everybody else across the state. There are no other lockdown rules for Cohuna. Once you're got a negative test result, you can then go out for the same 5 reasons as everyone else: - Food and supplies - Authorised work - Care and caregiving... - Exercise, for up to two hours and with one other person, and - Getting vaccinated. That's the authorised, statewide guidance. You'll also find all the accurate, fact-based info here: https://www.dhhs.vic.gov.au/coronavirus #NDCH - your first port of call in the pursuit of good health!

09.01.2022 ACTIONS FOR RECONCILIATION This National Reconciliation Week, make reconciliation more than a word. Move from safe to brave on issues affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. The goal of the reconciliation movement is for a just, equitable and reconciled country. This will only be achieved when Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, the First Peoples of this land, are able to equally contribute to daily life of the nation. Until this happens, Australia... will not reach its full potential. We need more people speaking up, asking the hard questions and taking action during and beyond National Reconciliation Week. To help you, we have compiled 20 actions for reconciliation. https://nrw.reconciliation.org.au/actions-for-reconciliati/
