From continence and sanitation products bought from your local pharmacy to specialist clothing and hardware products, this part of your NDIS budget can go a long way if you spend it the right way. But not all products can be purchased from this part of your budget. Items like prescription medication and cosmetics fall outside of where... your budget can be spent. If you personally pay for your products or services, and you are able to claim those costs through your plan, we can reimburse you. The easiest way is to fill in our online reimbursement form (here: https://ndism.com.au/ndis-plan-management/ism-client-forms/), fill in the details of your purchase and upload your receipt.... If you do not have access to a computer, you can contact our staff and we will send you a paper-based reimbursement form, which you can fill out and fax or post back.
