21.01.2022 Only 3 sleeps to go until presentation afternoon for all of our eligible athletes from tiny tots up to 17!!! We have some great prizes in our raffle where you can choose which prize you wish to win. All proceeds go to our club. Check out the prizes on team app. Tickets sold on the day are $2 each, 3 for $5, 7 for $10 and 20 for $20. Eftpos is available from $5. See you there Saturday at 4pm AGHS!

18.01.2022 Further to our earlier note, we have just now received communication from AGHS advising that they have had a fire incident in the hall in which we had scheduled to hold our season AGM and Presentation Day. And that this needs to be further investigated before they can allow access to the hall. For this reason, we must unfortunately postpone our AGM and Presentation Day, but we are looking to do this as soon as possible (currently hoping for 2 weeks time Sat 22 May but we ...will keep everyone updated with details once confirmed!). The trophies are engraved, the certificates complete, the ripper raffles are ready-to-go, so don’t put away those acceptance speeches (!) or hopes of basking in the glory as you step up on stage to receive your awards and prizes everyone!!! 18.01.2022 Confirmed - NDLAC training is ON! Our coaches are at the ground and look forward to helping all our athletes towards those next PBs! We start with U6-11 from 530pm. If any changes for the 630-730pm U12-17 program we will let you know beforehand.

17.01.2022 Hi all, At this stage we plan to go ahead with our coaching / training sessions scheduled for 530-630pm (U6-11) and 630-730pm (U12-17). As anyone in the area who looks outside will see, there does appear to be some interesting weather approaching so we will closely monitor the situation and provide a further update around 515pm!

14.01.2022 Come join us today at Foxglove for our Winter Cross Country! Start time 4pm. There are NO COSTS for athletes registered for the 2020-21 season with either NDLAC, another LA centre, or a senior athletics club. Yes, this is included in your child’s 2020/21 NDLAC season registration so no additional cost! New members are also welcome with a $50 Cross Country registration fee applicable, but this will be reimbursed if they sign-up for our 2021-22 NDLAC Summer season. If you have ...a friend newly signing up, please ensure they bring along proof of age to the first meet they attend. You are welcome to join mid-season even if you cannot make the first or any subsequent Sunday afternoons! Approximate distances: 500m (U6 and younger*), 800m (U7-8s), 1500m (U9-10s), 2000m (U11-12s), 3000m (U13+ & open). Athletes remain in the same age groups as the just completed 2020-21 summer season.

Awards will be presented to ALL eligible athletes, including Participation Awards, 100% attendance awards, certificates from Championships Events, PB Awards, Age Champion & Runner up Awards, long service awards and more! The athletes who are not eligible have already been contacted. Our NDLAC special Perpetual Awards will also be presented on the afternoon. Awesome raffle prizes will also be on offer, so be sure to arrive a little early to get your tickets. Tickets are $2 for 1, $5 for 3, $10 for 7, $20 for 20!! 07.01.2022 Happy Mother’s Day to all of our NDLAC mums! Don’t forget this afternoon is the start of our cross country season down at Foxglove starting at 4pm!. New athletes to arrive at 330pm the first week to organise payment and registration. All other athletes to arrive at around 345pm before the start time. There are NO COSTS for athletes registered for the 2020-21 season with either NDLAC, another LA centre, or a senior athletics club. Yes, this is included in your child’s 2020/...21 NDLAC season registration so no additional cost! Approximate distances: 500m (U6 and younger*), 800m (U7-8s), 1500m (U9-10s), 2000m (U11-12s), 3000m (U13+ & open). Athletes remain in the same age groups as the just completed 2020-21 summer season. While winter season awards will be based on athletes’ achievements in the designated distance for their age group, athletes may choose to compete in other distances and/or more than once per week to complement their training program for the schools’ representative XC season. *Note that the 500m race is reserved exclusively for U6s & Tiny Tots and these athletes may not compete in other distances. As always, WE NEED SOME ASSISTANCE FROM PARENTS each week to help set up, act as course marshals, process the finishers and pack up equipment afterwards. Thank you in advance!!
