12.01.2022 We’ve had a delivery of super fresh @moondogbrewing Splice Of Heaven and are pumped to have it back in store. It's ostensibly an IPA, albeit an IPA that's been fruitifed with piney limey hops to in creating a suitably Splice-like tropical character, and then ice creamified too. This was achieved via the addition of vanilla to give it a creamy sweetness creating a combination with the fruit and beer that works. Available in store & online now!

The legends at @rangebrewing have stepped up to the plate to help us all get through lockdown with a special Melbourne only release for their latest IPA, aptly named Full Circle. 11.01.2022 Fresh bottle pour for your Sunday with this cracking @garageproject Sour Flanders Red Ale now on by the glass! Engeltjes Pis is brewed using a generous portion of dark malts, then aged for an extended period in a mixture of wine and whiskey barrels creating a rich red-brown beer with lifted notes of tart fruit, cherry, plum, vanilla and dark chocolate. Very limited bottles left so get it while it lasts!

Méthode Ancestral (AKA Pétillant Naturel, AKA Pet Nat) is a form of producing sparkling wine that pre-exists the glitz and glamour of Champagne. Pet Nat harnesses the gasses produced during primary fermentation in the bottle, to yield lightly (or sometimes very) effervescent wines packed with personality....
