22.01.2022 Hi, my name is @Pariyawit Jatukannyaprateep (Tim). I was a NEAS Intern in May 2019. First of all, thank you so much to Patrick for this opportunity and Cameron for being such a great supervisor. Also, I would like to thank every NEAS staff that made the NEAS office very warm and welcome. The past 5 weeks at NEAS was fulfilling and challenging at the same time. I assisted the NEAS team during the 3-day NEAS management conference in which there were over 300 guests. Plus, I pro...vided research and analysis regarding ELT in Thailand for my project presentation. Even as an intern, I believe that my contribution could add value to NEAS. Overall, this internship opportunity at NEAS became a valuable experience of mine. The skills I developed will be beneficial for my professional career. 04.01.2022 Congratulations to Hills International Education (HIE) - the ELICOS arm of The Hills Grammar School on a successful Quality Review outcome for 2020. HIE is located in a beautiful bushland campus in Kenthurst, 45 minutes from Sydney’s CBD. The school offers HSP at four levels, and ELICOS students are integrated into mainstream classes for mathematics, physical education and a well-being program. Due to smaller class numbers, students at HIE receive high levels of attention and individual support. Flexibility and the ability to tailor content and delivery styles to individual students is a key feature of the HIE program, and students could articulate how teachers provided materials and support for them to develop in their individual areas for improvement. https://neas.org.au/hills-international-education/

Imagine Education Australia has enjoyed a long association with NEAS, having achieved full accreditation of its Southport campus in 2007. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, Imagine Education was delivering a full range of ELICOS courses, including General English, EAP, various test preparation courses as well as HSP. 01.01.2022 Hi, my name is @Takeo Hayashi from Japan. I was a NEAS Intern in Feb - June 2019. I had an incredible time working with the NEAS team for 4 months as an intern. I appreciate that I was able to be part of NEAS and took charge of challenging tasks. There was plenty to learn from each staff member. Although everything was new for me, there were many opportunities to grow up myself. Moreover, I count myself lucky to join the top-notch conference, and I was able to spend a ful...filling time, with the NEAS team and delegates from the NEAS Management conference. This experience will help my future career as it was one of the best adventures that Ive ever gone through.
