Most Australians don't know these options when they do decide to refinance: Switch to another loan from the same lender (Check for lower interest rates, greater flexibility, or access to more features)... Negotiate a lower rate with your current lender. Pro tip: know what your lender is currently offering to new customers. Chances are it’s a better rate than you’re paying. But if all else fails... For me, taking regular breaks has improved my concentration, mental health, and mood. I recommend recharging every 45 minutes or so. Of course, that doesn’t mean indulging in endless distractions.
