Starts 1 July 2021 - 10,000 allocations over four years. ... Applicants must be Australians citizens, 18+ and have a gross income of no more than $125,000. - The First Home Loan Deposit Scheme (New Homes) First home buyers can build or buy a new home with as little as 5% deposit and no LMI. Applicants must be Australians citizens, 18+ and have a gross income of no more than $125,000 (singles) or $200,000 (couples). Regional property price caps apply. Another 10,000 allocations from 1 July 2021 - 30 June 2022. - The First Home Super Saver Scheme The maximum amount of voluntary contributions that can be released towards a home deposit increases from $30,000 to $50,0000.
