04.01.2022 No matter what you do, people will judge you. However, we too can be the judges, life get's busy, and we become overwhelmed we can let those "Fraudulent slips" just come out... Even if we don't voice them, whether we think you're stupid or a genius, we'll always think something. We are human; however, be mindful when someone may do or say something to do that impacts you! Take this on board. Don't let any of those thoughts impact your self -image. Everyone has a story, and so...metimes we do not know what is going on for them. Word of advice allow your self to feel how you feel, but do not listen to yourself talk, instead say to yourself, "Perhaps they are having a bad day", we can become so consumed by what others say and do when deep down they probably just scared, stressed, or confused. Maybe all three. We love to generalise behaviour and ascribe it to who people are when most of what we do is a result of the context we're in. . So next time someone snaps at you, pause and respond, something must be going on for them, and they may never know what that is deep down. How many people have you met that genuinely evil? Remember you may have seen as that person. . My point is to make sure you check in with yourself and respond to the situation with kindness and compassion not react with anger, if this happens to you, then something may be going on with you. Stay connected with friends, family and colleagues via email, social media, video conferencing or telephone. 4 Engage in healthy activities that you enjoy and find relaxing. 5. Develop a regular sleep routine, sleep is vital for rest and recovery. (Especially our nervous system). 6. Avoid news and social media if you find it distressing, and watch a reliable source.
