24.01.2022 Hi, so while I am on the house selling band wagon, this old girl is also coming along. The floors are going down upstairs and the outside painting has been done (except the windows and covers) by my good friend Glenn Pearce and his team at GMP Painters (ph 0420300522, well worth the call if you need a professional job). Just the pretty stuff to go! This will also be listed by Jason McNamara and I am pushing to have it ready soon. Message me for more info if you might be interested.

23.01.2022 Just finished this job. Termite damage to the wall. After treatment, re framed the wall, sheeted and trimmed ready for paint. On to the next Job Monday!!

13.01.2022 Heya, if your deck is looking a bit tired, and your a little time poor, NIF can help you out!! This is a deck I built about 8 years ago, and has had no love ever since. However with some time it will be returned to it's former glory. Will post some finished picks when the weather is better to put clear coat on. BUILT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.

09.01.2022 Oops, had a masking failure yesterday and got a bit of overspray on these gutters. Nobody's perfect and that includes us so we're more than happy to face our mistakes and fix them. A couple of well needed coats later and they look brand new, progress to perfection! If your gutters are in need of some attention were only a phone call away. Cheers guys!
