24.01.2022 It’s a wonderful life hanging out at home with my beloved most days now. It’s what we’ve dreamed of. Both my babes are at the most nourishing local community school I’m feeling the flow of life for all of us now! We are working on the website and photos today, healing, integrating healing and preparing for sessions. We surrender to the unknown but open to what is here now, shifting our positions and perspective in every movement as we release conditioned identity and ideals. 23.01.2022 Divinity can move through us when we come back into presence, simplicity and genuine connection. There is nothing more pressing than to be with what is here now. That way, every movement and experience becomes an action or an outcome of heart’s truth and we move throughout our day in simple action, this creating the evolution of our highest happiness. 21.01.2022 GOLD in my life. I’m in awe of what’s unfolding before my eyes right now (and for so many others that are aligned with the new earth frequency!). I just came out of a deep healing space and egoic death of sorts after months of intensive release work and training. I am learning surrender of the mind and following the quiet whispers of my heart - even when they don’t make sense ( seems to be working)
18.01.2022 The weeks before isolation set in we hosted a retreat for our beloved friends and mentors in our home. It was 12 days with 35- 50 people from all over the world attending. I can not articulate the experience and transformation while I’m still integrating many energies still in this moment, but I look forward to sharing more about the transformative work ( and journey )that Bo and I have been doing over the past three years guided by our teachers Chris and Ariel. What was bea...utiful about this particular retreat was that so many of my dear friends and soul kin from my community were able to attend with it being here in Byron Bay- basically being trained to be a pure channel and light worker through simple healing techniques, release work, kundalini and full self responsibility. 18.01.2022 Shattuckite. It holds the power to open and release what is holding you back from your full expression. From this healing with this crystal, blue apatite and Larimar ( and from spending most of isolation on my guitar) I found my voice and wrote a love song for my beloved and played it for him last night. When we release positions and pains held by the ego we allow ourself to hear what our soul is truly calling for on this life journey. Sometimes the heart’s truth guides us to experience situations that are uncomfortable and bring up emotions, pain, trauma. Know that when this happens it is a divine opportunity to feel, release and heal these frequencies that are hindering us from experiencing our highest happiness. We only have to be willing to fully feel and be willing to fully surrender. These experiences lead us to limiting belief systems and false ideas of self and our natural state as humans.
