22.01.2022 The NEGS years 7/8 and 9/10 touch teams competed at the mid-north coast all-schools carnival on Tuesday and Wednesday this week. Both teams showed grit and determination on the field, and some wonderful improvement over the course of the carnival. Year 7/8 had two wins and just missed out on a place in the finals on Wednesday, while the year 9/10 team came fourth in a very strong pool today with a couple of narrow losses. ... Special thanks to year 10 player Grace Boughton who also took on refereeing duties at the 7/8 carnival.

18.01.2022 NEGS Year 7 and 8 girls have been taking part in the Academy of Enterprising Girls program, delivered by Young Change Agents, where they have been creating their own social enterprises! Moving through a design thinking process, the girls have uncovered issues in their community, clearly defined the problem they’re trying to solve, come up with some brilliant social enterprise solutions, conducted validation through real world interviews and prototyped their ideas before pitching to a panel of judges. Congratulations on producing such incredible work and building some valuable enterprise skills along the way! Enterprising Girls Young Change Agents #negs125
