24.01.2022 At Neighbourhood yoga we practice a fast past hatha. Hatha is fantastic for form. You hold the asanas (poses) for longer, which helps with alignment and allows you to gain the full benefits of the asana. Vinyasa should be practiced once you feel confident in your alignment. If you’re new to yoga come learn some form with us on a Tuesday nights 7:30-8:30pm



21.01.2022 Shoulder stand is a powerhouse of a pose. It's full of benefits and tends to be more accessible than other inversions. In addition to stimulating the thyroid gland, this pose also relieves stress and depression, improves digestion, opens the shoulders and neck, and strengthens your legs, butt, arms, and abs. If you’re not up to a shoulder stand just yet, try putting your legs up a wall for a gentle version!

The classes are $12 for a casual class or $50 for a pack of five classes. I have had training in both hatha and vinyasa and have been teaching in London for the last three years.
