25.01.2022 A Thank you to my wise friend Karen Years ago I was standing in a line in a grocery store with a very spiritual and wise friend Karen. It was a long line I was getting frustrated. I said something about the line to my friend and she said, It’s a time good to just be. I didn’t understand her to be honest, couldn’t relate because my body was so full of traumatic stress and this state was my normal state I didn’t know any different. This stress is like acid in the body so I w...as constantly sizzling, easily frustrated. Years later I took up 1. yoga, 2. Wim Hof Method, 3 DDP yoga, 4. Trauma Releasing Exercises TRE 5. Stop drinking alcohol 5. Fasting 6. Try to cut out sugar when I can 6. Drink lots of water 7. Have daily cold showers. 7. Lions Mane 8. L-Theanine 9. Lots of green veg 10. Kefir 11. Additional probiotics Now I can be sometimes...more often...not all the time but we are not meant to feel this all the time
