07.01.2022 *MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT * This morning we were able to get pen to paper to secure the services of Austin Jennings for the 2021 season. The 21 year old Charleville product is coming to the Lions den to make his mark alongside an extensive repsentative career which includes a stint with the Sunshine Coast Falcons Q-cup, before that with the Mustangs and will be sure to set the TRL on fire with his electric attacking ability which is sure to be amplified under coach Col Speed. Austin's family values are something that impressed us with one of his career highlights being playing alongside his brother. His other goals are to "Win a premiership with Newtown and to encourage other young kids with talent living in remote communities to come and have a go in the Toowoomba competition." Welcome Austin.
