16.01.2022 A performance warning can be hard to stomach but that doesn’t mean it’s personal. Underperformance is when an employee isn't doing their job properly or is beh...aving in an unacceptable way at work. It includes: not carrying out work to the required standard (or not doing your job at all) not following workplace policies, rules or procedures acting unacceptably, like telling inappropriate jokes engaging or displaying disruptive or negative behaviour, like constantly speaking negatively about the company. But by the same token, an employee should be given a chance to learn from their mistakes and fix any performance issues before their employer takes disciplinary action, like dismissal. Serous misconduct can be met with tougher action, including termination without notice. Serious misconduct is when an employee: causes serious and imminent risk to the health and safety of another person or to the reputation or profits of their employer's business or deliberately behaves in a way that's inconsistent with continuing their employment. Examples of serious misconduct include theft, fraud or assault. We’ve got more info about warnings and performance management here: https://www.fairwork.gov.au//managing-performance-and-warn

10.01.2022 A huge backlog causing extra time to process the application in the department

10.01.2022 We would like to congratulate Mr. Paplu Shreng and his family for becoming new permanent residents of Australia. Yes Paplu has been granted subclass 186 Employe...r sponsored visa by the department. He has been with us for a long time and when he had applied subclass 457 visa back in 2017 through another agent, the nomination was refused by the department. He went everywhere to get the proper advise and everyone asked him to go to AAT for review which was the proper advise in fact. After going through all the facts as per his emoyers statement, we said we can vacate the decision of the department and we make the department realised the nomination application should not have been refused and we did apply for review to the department instead of going to AAT. On the last day which is 28th day after his nomination was refused which was the last day of going to AAT as well, the department overturned their decision and granted nomination without further asking anything. Neither his employer nor the applicant believed we did it without applying review at AAT. Yes he was granted ENS under direct scheme when we lodged his ENS application. We wish you and your family a bright future in the days to come.
