25.01.2022 Just a few photos showing the changes in the front elevation.

25.01.2022 Finished laying the subframe for a large 60 square metre deck. Foundations, bearers, joists and extra blocking for the glass pool fencing all in place now waiting for the arrival of the decking. Big thank you to the owners for all the beautiful food my sister Janet and my apprentice Travis for all his hard work.

24.01.2022 Final coat of Tex coat going on.

24.01.2022 I've spent most of my life building homes but the last week and a bit I've been pulling this one down. This is going to be one of the larger renovations I've been involved with. The house is being extended out the front, on the side,out the back and on top also a new free standing 2 car garage.

23.01.2022 Big day mixing concrete for the plugs to hold the poles on a new home.

19.01.2022 Spilt level deck with stairs and a spa.

19.01.2022 Plasterers hat on today. Rendering a couple of walls I built a little while ago.

18.01.2022 Back to finish the outdoor area. Removal of fibro ceiling and replacing with a new product called quickboard.

17.01.2022 Started the brickwork today.

17.01.2022 Putting in 6 large tanks for the storm water on a new home.

16.01.2022 Always found it hard getting the tools out from near the cab at the back of the ute well. Didn't want to spend a small fortune on metal tool draws so I've made a timber slide out draw. Now the tools that where out of reach are easy to get to.

15.01.2022 This weeks job adding a deck to the 2nd floor level of a house.

12.01.2022 Back on the building site, standing stud walls.

12.01.2022 The deck and glass pool fence is finished. I must admit it looks fantastic.

11.01.2022 Perfect day for fitting out the storm water piping

10.01.2022 Little weekend job changing an old toilet to a nice clean modern one. There where a couple of obstacles to get over but the end results is great.

07.01.2022 Plasterers hat on today, first coat is called fastcoat it's the under coat for the finishing coat called Acratex Coventry Course. ( acratex coat next week)

07.01.2022 Small rendering job today but this time I had to do a sand finish, turned out great.

05.01.2022 Owner couldnt get the bricklayer to come back and finish the wall. First photo shows the un finished wall second photo after Ive finished the brickwork.

04.01.2022 Decking job coming along very nicely. All the decking now down with lights only the fascia and glass pool fence to go.

03.01.2022 Small cornice job, new over head cupboards installed. I came in after and fitted new cornices.

02.01.2022 Small rendering job inside an elevator shaft.

01.01.2022 Been a busy few days had to build a stud wall and fill in under a stair case. Timber stud wall covered with gyprock all patched and sanded. Photos are before and after shots.
