25.01.2022 To each and everyone of our festival attendees and participants; On behalf of Nella Fitzgerald Events and the Fremantle Fishing Boat Harbour Traders Group we regretfully advise that unfortunately the Western Australian Dragon Boat Festival 2021 is being postponed to a later date this year. The decision has been made due to the COVID-19 announcement in which lockdown is mandatory.... As the festival is programmed for this Sunday, and commencing at 10.00am, we believe it would not give us enough time to ensure notification to all participants and attendees in the case of the lockdown timeframe being extended. As always, the festival participants' and attendees' well-being and safety are forefront and paramount in all our decisions. Our profound appreciation and thanks for your understanding. Please continue to follow our page for announcements on a future date.
