18.01.2022 A big thank you to all those who came to Nelligen this morning to hire kayaks. They had a great time paddling the Clyde River. Though the King Highway is closed, you can still drive as far as Nelligen. Hire a kayak. Enjoy a coffee/meal/ice-cream at the River Cafe or an icy cold at the Steampacket Hotel.

14.01.2022 We had a wonderful morning. 2 adults and two 7-year-olds (an adult and kid in each kayak). Peter was so friendly and helpful. He got us ready and sent us on our way from Nelligen bridge to Batemans Bay bridge. Peter then picked us up and drove us back to our car. Our paddling trip took around four hours with two stops. Hubby and I did the same trip about 9 years ago. Beautiful, tranquil trip with a bit of elbow grease. Loved it. Definitely recommend for families.
