17.01.2022 For us all is not the esiest time. We need to stay strong in our body & mind. Personally I am loosing some casual jobs, my parents back home needed to close their business for a while and I am sure that many of us are a bit worried what will happen next. What I can offer in a mean time is yoga practice from my heart. If you are scared to go to the studio I am more then happy to come to your home or meet up on the beach and guide you through your practice. Please PM me if you are interested. Let's stay positive in this crazy time. We are all in this situation. Let's support each other.
