08.01.2022 This is a project we finished a few weeks ago for the Whittlesea City Council in South Morang. Materials used in this project include, Forbo bulletin board, soft touch laminate, patterned laminate, melamine board and aluminum skirting. Through out the manufacturing process, we made sure that all edges of all the different materials were sharp and crisp. ... 06.01.2022 Rejected The benchtop with waterfall sides have been rejected I have made this decision because there are parts in the board were the veneer has lifted from the substrate during the clear 2PAC application, see photo 4. Although its heartbreaking because all the mitres are sharp and crisp, I have high standards that I maintain. The suppliers of the board accepted responsibility and sent me the new material to remake this benchtop... 05.01.2022 Staying back a bit to finish these sign frames for an OPSM store. Tomorrow morning they will will get sent to get a 2PAC coat on them. The American Walnut timber strips look great. Dave and Andy did a really good job on them. Francois finished them with a clear 2PAC coat.

02.01.2022 Working back on a Friday to finalize the last details of these drawer fronts I love the leather and timber detail machined into birch plywood What makes these projects look exceptional is focusing on the detail. We went to the extent of producing a 3D computer model just to make sure that the spacing between the battons and door widths work out.
