Initially on a casual hourly basis, moving to salaried permanent position. $26-$30/hr depending on experience Full-time hours Growth with the company Opportunity to be trained and certified as CEC accredited designer Awesome and professional team to work with Duties: Solar system design and proposal generation using design softwares Project installation management Assist the admin and sales team with technical questions Working with 3rd party suppliers, installers, customers Work with electrical retailers to have your system designs approved for installation Managing system rectification works, troubleshooting, service provision Participate in meetings with clients and other consultants Ordering and logistics management Communicate technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders. Requirements: Degree qualified - Renewable energy or other technical (mandatory) Basic solar experience (mandatory) Have a grasp of Australian Standards and Design Codes (desirable) Outstanding customer service skills Manage your project time and priorities on a daily basis such that time is used productively, efficiency is maximised and challenging work goals are met Polished, professional, highly motivated and engaged Highly organized, can handle paperwork and superior attention to detail The position is limited to Australian citizens &/or persons that have a legal, valid right to work in Australia. 22.01.2022 How does rain effect my solar power? Your #solar panels will still work when it rains and on cloudy days. While the power output is reduced, you still save money whenever power is still being generated by your PV System. Rain also can benefit you solar panels, especially if they are installed on a pitched roof or on tilt frames. As the water runs down the panels it will wash them clean therefore helping maintain their effectiveness.
