23.01.2022 Congratulations to our athletes competing today. Adriana started the day of with a bang winning u/14 girls Triple Jump,jumping a massive 11.27m with a PB of 70cm then late in the day Xavier U/14 ran a great race in the 400m's finishinf 7th the James U/14 throw his Discus a great 38.86m placing 5th. Great effort you are all very young with a great feature ahead.

23.01.2022 Congratulations to all our brilliant athletes who competed yesterday at the Australian National Championships all had top 10 preformances. Amosia had an amazing result in the u/16 Shot put 1st putting 19.56m, Emma was 8th U/16 Shot put putting 12.91m Ava and James at their 1st Nationals were both 4th in U/14 Shot put Ava had a distance 12.00m and James put 13.85m. they are both very excited. It was exciting to watch our sprinter live Adriana was 8th in the final U/14 100...m whille Xavier was 4th in heat of 100m and has qualified for the 400m final this afternoon at 4.40pm so jump on line and watch, while Jake in U/16 100m ran a great race just missing the final. 17.01.2022 Bob is also a member of Nepean. Congratulations Bob Last night the Rotary Club of Lower Blue Mountains held their Emergency Services Volunteer Awards of 2021. Our very own Deputy Captain Bob (Robert) Maxwell was honoured to receive the William (Bill) Peard Emergency Award. The criteria was to recognise compassion, selflessness and commitment from Emergency Services personnel within the local community and where they have been involved in other community activities. Bob has... not only been involved for many years serving the community with his fire related duties at 301 Glenbrook but a long time part of Little Athletics in Glenbrook. The team are very proud to see Bob receive this award and honoured to have him within our station. See more

11.01.2022 This year’s Road Walks Championships will be co-hosted by Little Athletics NSW & Athletics NSW at Angle Park Chipping Norton, Sunday 23 May. The Championships will be open to Little Athletics NSW Members & Athletics NSW Members. NSW Short Walks Entry Fees Online Entry: $25 for all events All online entries must be completed by Wednesday, 19th May, 10:00am sharp. No exceptions.... There will be no on the day entries accepted under any circumstance. Age Groups Masters (5 year age groups), Open, U20, U17, U16, U15, U14, U13, U12, U11, U10 All age group determinations will be as of 31 December 2021. I.e. If an athlete is born in 2010, and turning 10 years old this year, they will be in the Under 11 age group. Medal Presentation Medals will be available for collection after results have been confirmed and published. No medals will be presented on the day. This committee is the governing body of both Nepean Athletics clubs The positions available for selection are Secretary, President for 2 yrs & Canteen Manager for 1 yr.
