25.01.2022 recently changed my gearbox as the input shaft was about to snap off, as it was twisted in spline area, i also fitted a stud kit to the ser5 bell on ser6 box as studs stronger and better than bolts pictured button head allen bolts 2 of left and right of bell housing as alignment dowels and fitted a new direct clutch brass button clutch
25.01.2022 this is a porsche 911 engine top end rebuild, i did a little while back, i rebuilt the cylinder heads honed cylinders fitted new piston rings, i have been building these engines since late 80s working for john newel porsche, scuderia veloce porsche ferrari in sydney and a few other smaller shops
23.01.2022 just some pics from my old photo book album on the top jasons 808 large extend port ser 6 engine to4 e turbo, on the left my quick rx7 ta 51 bb turbo large extend port right side allan marks s2 rx7 13b turbo blow threw weber ida with a to4 e as well these are very old pics around ten or more years ago.
22.01.2022 this is my asnu fuel injector testing machine, it has ultrasonic cleaning bath and is a test bench as well, so you can test injectors for spray pattern dribble and flow in the 3rd pic you can see i machined up some adaptors out of aluminum to fit late generation id 2000 style injectors as they wer very small at bottom and would fall threw the injector manifold test frame, you need to test your injectors in hi horsepower engines often especially if your using methanol or e85 as both fuels are hygroscopic meaning they absorb water moisture from atmosphere this process starts in fuel tank and injectors corrode internally impeding flow or even seizing them and end up blowing your engine under high boost levels

19.01.2022 just an old car i did a while back, brocks rx3 wagon fd3s s6 13b t large extend port t/a45 bb turbo tial w gate lt9c ecu it came to me as a bridge port with weber orange paint i sold his engine for him and sold him a fd engine rebuilt it ported it new stat gears 3mm mazda seals machined plates all new parts fitted it to his existing ser5 g box with a direct clutch and direct clutch race flywheel from drew whilst the engine was out i resprayed the engine bay and whole car white i made him a full 3 inch mandrel exhaust system and hand made ex manifold to suit t/a45 bb turbo both by me.
18.01.2022 for the best mandrel bent systems with reasonable noise levels and maximum power and no droning with gated mufflers and fit neatly correctly and don't scrape on drive ways and speed humps all done by me in house

17.01.2022 hello everyone nick here we have had to start a new page as johny criticos from jc racing sydney had a cry to face book because i exposed him for building engines with second hand stationary gears and totally worn out oil seal cases, and pointed out he shows off all this fancy engraving lightning that others do for him and the customer is paying for that when the money could have been used for new oil seal cases and new stationary gears and other new parts, all just so he c...an have a good old gloat look at my customers motors they have my name on them what a gimp, he also doesn't have any pics of his porting, this could only mean one thing his porting is very ugly as it is very hard to do, face book rubbed my site because i used a few swear wordswitch johnny reported. johny criticos of jc racing also had threatened to kill me called me a fat c$%nt and a dog c$%nt not bad for a bloke who couldn't find a simple ignition problem on stewart's s2 rx7, then threatened to kill him as well for taking it to pac performance and not him. in stewarts words when johny called him and said.. hey what are you doing at pacs, stuart say's i am getting my car fixed.. john says why didn't you bring it to me, stuart rudely replied, i did and you couldn't fix it! then conversation went on for a few minutes ending with john threatening stewart if he was to tell anyone or make fun of his business he would kill him,
17.01.2022 a long while back jason burnets 808 arrived for injector cleanout, i built this car 13 years ago, i originally built it with a 13b large extend on pulp an now its on meth. jason decided to fit a pwr intercooler when we first built the car 13 years back and being air-con specialist he decided to use copper pipe because he could get it cheaply and was familiar with it, made all of his intercooler pipes out of 21/2 copper pipe and this big wanker ben hunt was at willow ban...k was making fun of it, telling people i did the pipework fuffing huffing making fun of it in front of a friend and saying nerang rotary ha ha a few friends told me about this wanker. he also stat years ago to a few mates in Brisbane you cant turbo Bridgeport engines because of the overlap when they told him about my mate nick hearts 12a Bridgeport carby turbo that was doing `````10.40 @136 mph in a datsun 180b i built, anyway wanker ben said its all bullshit it cant be done you cant turbo a Bridgeport its impossible, at the time he had a selectmaz pp in his rx4 that did 14 seconds passes loser years later he's doing bridge port turbos what dumb ass hypocrite, who lies to people telling them he's a mechanic when in fact he isn't. all so a 3.2 carrera motor arrived for a full rebuild, i ported the heads got a set of shrick rsr race cams fitted larger intake an ex valves titanium retainers i also fitted a old but mint set of autofarm multi throttle bodies rsr copies and off course in the back ground lukes s8 the best engineered neatest and modified rx7 anywhere in australia even the whole wide world

15.01.2022 i little while back i converted a porsche 964 c4 carrera transaxle in to a c2 by a few little mods and case swap it was very teediess and a pain in the ass having to pick it up as whole assembly each time i had to press item in place then go back to assembly bench add more pieces go back press them on it was getting heavier each time and went back and forth some 20 times by the time i finished i felt like lou ferringo, the pic of the guy is not me that's donny my brother he by no stretch of the imagintion resembles lou

11.01.2022 hi everyone i am selling these diff braces to suit fd3s rx7 it supports the diff housing so it doesn't split underneath and leave your gears broken pieces on the ground during drag racing drifting and general burnouts, the diff case was not made strong enough for the power levels we extract from the turbo engine now days and this brace will cure diff case breakage issues simply bolt the 13mm thick brace between rear alloy cover and diff housing no other mods needed clears the rear sub frame easily any enquires call me on 0414084973 can post aust wide
10.01.2022 this is a special alignment jig i made from scratch just some steel i had in stock a little in house machining and tig welding, i made this jig so i can drill out seized or broken idle mixture screws accurately in the exact angle then drilling them out oversized to re tap then fit a steel timecert making it impossible to damage in future, being steel not aluminium as well the jig insures i drill tap in the correct angle and exactly on centre aswell accurately , buy us...ing 3 different arbors to suit 3 step process drill small hole in middle of broken stub drill it larger to remove it then tapping new thread and off course with time cert you have to recess to sink the lip of insert so we recess top hole with special timecert step mill, i build and tune allot of ida webbers even often 4 on v8s, i went and worked for a mechanic mick turbo / michael sanzari renowned weber expert specifically to learn about weber carbs back in the 80s and who would think that many years later i would still be fixing and tuning them and still as obsessed with them as ever, i have a collection of 20 48 ida webers all mainly early Italians See more

08.01.2022 this is marks rz rx7 very rare and expensive car, this model had larger disks and calipers the front disks are pretty much twice as fat in thickness as normal fd3 they also come with recaro seats standard from factory we had to remove petrol inspection cover check inside for any contaminates drain fouled fuel check fuel pump refill fit new fuel filter then new spark plugs do a full service oil filter restart it, as it was not going, and had been sitting for a long while in storage buy a collector, mark was stoked to here it run when i rang him on his mobile not talking to him just reving its engine he knew it had to be his car
06.01.2022 i did this car a long while back here is just a few shots of a previous build i did this red feature car lukes ser8 rx7 this is the best car i have ever built all work is carried out by me, nothing gets out sourced, i first learnt how to fab steam pipe some 14 years ago, i learnt it off my brother who also is a qualified mechanic worked as steam fitter for many years as boiler maker, he had an interest in welding cutting machining a few years earlier than me well at le...ast the amount he was older, he was all ready practicing at the age of 16 at that age i had all ready-made a fully working go- kart i use to drive on the street and in the mid 80s there weren't many cops around then and i use to go pick up mates and go for cruises with them drive it around with out a care, like i was a licensed driver in a registered car, we would pull up at the lights and people would just stair at us with total disbelief, it was really funny See more

05.01.2022 here's a couple of rare items i thought viewers might like, 1st item is a very rare 48 ida weber overhaul kit, this style i haven't seen wilst an apprentice in the mid 80s seeing many types of carb kits working alot with carbs, i had seen on 5 or 6 occasions smaller similar weber kit boxes for fiat and alfa, the 1st 48 ida kit i seen was when a friend had bought along with a weber carb some 10 odd years ago and the prick lol jeremy mr bridge wouldn't sell it to me, i f...ound this one on ebay usa 2 years ago, it owes me i think off memory $220 aust dollars delivered, it come with gasket wrapped around contents and it is amazingly in very good condition even the gasket bagged showing no signs of dehydration the yellow tape that holds and seal box is printed with lotus gt40 48 ida and something else as these wer direct replacement for early for race car parts. enclosed rather odd tall 3 ida nyloc nuts needle and seat assy top gasket and few sealing washers1 idle mixture screw, a float assy float fulcrum pin, inlet fuel filter top screen top brass access plug both return springs. the other item is a very rare mfr factory race water pump assembly very expensive they cost $3,000 and very rare these wer made to suit factory race engines will fit all engine's fitted with carb the alternator will get in way of turbo as it's mounted on the side rather than over top these pumps wer 14 pounds lighter had a revised cavity to prevent cavitation at high rpm and alternator was repositioned to stop belt slip ensuring belt wrapped around pullies more than the previous design i have had 3 race cars that i fitted them to an they made a big difference with cooling and fan belt life whilst racing.

03.01.2022 just building a 454 for my self this one is bored to 100 thou over making it 477 cubic inches, it will be fitted with a 270 deg duration solid cam, 300 thou dome pistons and eagle h beam con rods and a scat crank, i am still porting the heads i will fill in with more pics as i get more work done. i would also like to thank ben at precise engine reconditioners in southport for the great machining work, i also machined up a cam bearing installation tool as seen in one of... the pictures. i also fitted a pete jackson gear drive for accurate cam timing as chains stretch very easily due to heavy pressures of 16 valve springs i fitted a romac minature race harmonic balancer its half the weight of the stock large diameter one i left the rear cam plug out so i could accurately check cam end float as i fitted a roller cam end float bearing assembly it needs to be with in 5 to 10 thou end float i achieved 8 thou, the front aluminium timing cover is an after market one i cut front pocket out, tig welded a recess in to it to clear the longer end thrust bearing assembly. i have since made designed a special tool so i can easily repetitively check cam float with out have to manipulate usual dial gauge stand as seen in the 2nd last pic, i have just added another pic of my revolutionary tool, it simply is slipped into rear of cam tunnel in place of the cam plug has a grubb screw you tighten it expands it in housing you slip in the dial gauge and ejector rod seen with bronze thumb button to check float.

01.01.2022 this is a steel bell housing explosion-proof cover i made from 6 mm thick steel plate all hand bent and flame heated to form mig an tig welded in house by me for my rx7 it can be removed in three pieces in car so you can change clutch or replace gearbox quickly, this is as you can see is fully contained unit witch covers pretty much all of the bell housing, unlike others that only cover outer circumference it also covers the slave cylinder so nothing could physically fly off and hit the driver or damage the floor of the car firewall bonnet and chassis rail and especially cut fuel lines and start fire commonly seen in rotary cars , keeping all of the explosion encapsulated
