25.01.2022 The 2020 Nerang Squash Club Championships are coming up. Saturday 5 September starting at 10am. This event is open to all Nerang Squash players.... Who will be this years CHAMPIONS ? See Toni and Dave for further info and to nominate.

25.01.2022 The 2020 Nerang Squash Club Championships were a blast. We crowned new Champions in each grade this year. Thank you to all the volunteers who helped out on the day; and a very special thank you to Mr Squashographer Seize The Light - Craig Stewart for coming along and taking some amazing action shots.... 21.01.2022 Maintenance Update: The waterproofing of the building continues.... taking way longer than we expected; but it needs to be done correctly. The render boys have started replacing the walls on some of the courts; which will take 28 days to cure before we can paint....... Due to the Aussie wide timber shortage our floorboards aren't due for another month.... But... the place is going to be amazing; brand new squash courts and floors. Keep squashing everyone, we will re-open....

21.01.2022 Junior Squash Training is BACK ON !! School is back so it's time for all the Juniors to get back on the squash court. Training starts again this Thursday 4pm and Saturday 9am. See you all then.

19.01.2022 We received some fantastic news today! The Nerang Squash Club has been awarded a grant from the Gambling Community Benefit Fund for just over $17,000. This grant will enable us to *change the lighting on the squash courts to LEDs *improve ventilation and air flow in the building... *purchase a ball machine We received a giant cheque from our local member Meaghan Scanlan today. The building improvements will be made during our current closure so there will be even more benefits when we re open. Exciting times for Nerang Squash. #qldsquash #squashaus

18.01.2022 Dear squashies, We will be closed from the 24th of December and will re-open on Saturday the 2nd of January. To play between the dates of 2 January to 24 January you must make a booking. We will not be manning the courts our regular hours.... Gold Coast pennant resumes on Thursday the 7th of January and our Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in-house competitions resume the week commencing 11 January. 12.01.2022 It's on this Saturday 12 June at the Labrador Squash Centre. 2021 Gold Coast Racquetball Tournament. The tournament runs from 1pm - 5pm. You will get a minimum of 3 matches. Matches will be Best of 3 games to 15 Points (sudden death at 14-14).... The tournament is open to all standards; new players are very welcome. It will be a great social event; and the bar will be open. Contact Dave or Waka to enter (numbers on the poster).

08.01.2022 A huge congratulations to all our juniors who have trained at Nerang this year. Further results from our juniors at the Australian Junior Championships were: Shona Coxsedge - 3rd in the Under 17 girls Sarah Hattingh - 5th in the Under 13 girls Josh Forgan - Runner up in the plate event Under 19 boys James Boswell - 5th in the Under 11 boys... It was a brilliant tournament and a big shout out to Chris Yeend from Squash Australia for all the great commentary, it took the online viewing to another level. See more

07.01.2022 The Gold Coast Racquetball tournament is coming up - Saturday 12 June. This is the first Racquetball tournament run on the Gold Coast for a very long time. All standards will be catered for; come along and have a great time.

Now we just need the water proofing complete, a bit of paint, some lines, and the floors replaced... and we'll be good to go

The telecast starts at 6pm with kickoff at around 7:10pm. The bar will be OPEN. Put your supporter gear on and come on down !! Family and friends are more than welcome.

02.01.2022 Even though the Squash Centre is closed, our Juniors are still out there training and playing amazing squash. A great tournament. Well done to all the superstar Junior squash players.

01.01.2022 It's FRIDAY ! A squash weekend is ahead for everyone. Tonight is Beginners Squash for everyone wanting to learn how to improve their squash. This session is open for beginners to D-grade standard. Starts at 5pm. Saturday is Junior Squash and Club Practice day. Juniors is from 9am - 10:30am and is open to any squash juniors aged 7 up to 18.... Club Practice starts at 12:30pm and is open to any members of the Nerang Squash Club (and visitors). Come along and have a hit with fellow squash enthusiasts. Club Practice is followed by Social Doubles; you don't need a partner, we will pair everyone up to have a fun and enjoyable game of doubles. Sunday is Skills and Drills; a training session for those intermediate (C-grade) to advanced squash players. Come along and do routines, restricted games, and movement (fitness exercises) under the watchful eye of an accredited squash coach. Session starts at 1pm. For further info contact Dave and Toni.
