15.01.2022 So what day is it??? Every day is feeling a little bit the same at the moment. Wake up, have breakfast, watch TV, have a snack, watch TV, have some lunch, Watch TV, have a snack, watch TV, have dinner, watch some more telly...... Not really.... I’ve been exercising plenty, getting stuff done around the house and getting in loads of study.... I’ve also recorded some workouts you can follow at home to help keep active and pass the time. You can get plenty of content online and for free. The workout below was part of an online live workout I followed on Insta. I’m also happy to do some LIVE workouts if anyone is keen. Maybe around 30 to 45 minutes including a warm up and cool down. Check out the posts below and if you haven’t started following me on Insta these workouts are also linked below. 15.01.2022 Take the time to REST between sets. I feel like this is something we need to do more of. Slow down and take the time to complete your reps, concentrate on the movement and the muscles you are using and then REST! Catch your breath and allow your muscles to fill with energy before you go again. 09.01.2022 Working with my lovely client @lisaloo_1103 We’re focusing on full body strength. This chick has come such a long way. Moving from a cardio focused routine to predominantly strength sessions with a sprinkle of cardio to keep up her fitness. Big girl bar is a jump and she’s taking it like a pro. On this exercise (Barbell Back Squat) we are focusing on keeping her knees apart and spreading the floor. Lisa also has some back complaints that will stop her from coming down too ...low in her squat. Well Done!!
