21.01.2022 Hey guys!! Ok so It’s been a minute I’ve been a little busy! Let me tell you a little bit about what I’ve been up to this past year....... So while I’ve been MIA for the best part of a year I have managed to change my life completely. I’m now a Certified Personal Trainer specialising in women’s fitness and mobility. I’m also a qualified VeraFlow Instructor which is a dance based stretch program (believe me, years of group fitness classes, I needed this one!) I left my full time job as a Book Keeper and now work solely as a Personal Trainer working for myself and PLC at Ormeau. It was a long hard slog especially through COVID, homeschooling and working two jobs. But!!! So worth it to do what I was born to do every day. I’m feeling truly blessed. For the past year I have been working through injuries, working on my strength, mobility and learning as much as I can on the job and through study so that I can be the most informed and educated Trainer for you guys. The learning never stops!! Ok, so now you know what I’ve been up to! I hope all of you are well and living your best and healthiest life. I have missed you all so much!
