14.01.2022 Yoga is on this Friday!!!! 9.15am at Tannum Hall $10 Bring your own Mat,towel,water and wear some comfy clothes. I do have a couple of spare Mat's if anyone needs one.... Benefits of Yoga include: *Stress management *Reduced anxiety *Builds strength *Improves posture *Protects your spine *Boosts immunity *Increased flexibility *Helps you sleep better AND sooooo many more! Come down and try it out! I am a level 1 Yoga Teacher and I am also a registered Pregnancy Yoga Teacher. Would love to see some new faces down there and some familiar ones too.:) Namaste Vanessa
