21.01.2022 DAY THREE According to the GPS I started my walk today in the dam and then moments later managed to climb up and over J’s Shed and down the other side before c...ontinuing along the track. Either way I still walked 1km and that means I am already 3k’s into my ‘walk for mental health month’. Today was the first time I woke up and got straight into it too. Opened my eyes, got dressed, harnessed up the dog and just started walking. Who would have thought? 14.01.2022 this is our farm cat Sam . Sam is very good at catching mice and often brings them home to show us he’s doing his job . last night he forgot to warn mum that he had a new catch... . just dropped the mouse at mums feet . so it run up the inside of Mums pants . and made mum dance around the laundry like a lunatic . good job Sam . good job . a nice change from the bird you dropped on my head a few weeks back #samthefarmcat #loveourfamily #familyiseverything #mousecatcher #staymineforever

06.01.2022 DAY TWO It was a good morning for a walk today xx This is not about me going gung ho and sprinting the full 20km in one hit. ... For many people who are battling mental illness, starting small and working up is less overwhelming and feels more achievable than just jumping in at the deep end.
