22.01.2022 Another home beautifully styled by EVOKE Property Styling I absolutely love working with these girls, and this month we’re sharing some springtime love and giving away something nice...see their page for more info! X

19.01.2022 A celebration of spring and friendship, and an honouring of tradition and culture. Food is so central to all of these things, and when it’s made together, with laughter, music and a little bit of gin...it’s just pure magic. @jopinkiewicz showed us how to make pierogi (dumplings) and a deliciously light spring beetroot soup, Botwinka, plus some chocolate coated goodness adapted from a traditional polish recipe. So much goodness. #seasonalfeasting #foodwithfriends #foodismedicine

19.01.2022 Sunday brunch. So I was out for a little run in the rain this morning and passed the house 6 doors down with the little cherry tomatoes still growing through the fence and not being eaten (in the middle of winter!!!) and so I asked them if they’d like to come home with me and they said yes... so I thought that might be the perfect opportunity to start the @milkwood locavore challenge I’ve been meaning to do. ... I rummaged up some organic greens that I bought from @sevenspringsfarmtasmania at the @harvest_launceston market, some herbs from the garden, Churchill free range eggs and some foraged onionweed...added some black garlic sea salt from @apinchoftas and some home made mayo...popped it all on a slice of sourdough from @breadandbuttertasmania and made a pot of pepper berry black tea from @the_tea_equation. Yum

18.01.2022 @adam_thompson_author getting ready to launch his new book, ‘Born into This’. Adam is an emerging Aboriginal (pakana) writer addressing themes of identity, racism and heritage destruction through fictional short stories set in Lutruwita (Tasmania). The book has had terrific reviews - I’ve ordered a copy and I’m looking forward to getting some quiet moments to get lost in some local literature!

17.01.2022 Medicine hunting

16.01.2022 Endless enchantment @granaryrichmondhill - delicately flavoured with sweet tones of charm and nostalgia plus a dash of fairytale. #sodelightful

16.01.2022 Always an exceptional dining experience @stillwater_tas

15.01.2022 Ocean inspiration from @tasmaniabyclaudia The #bluerockscollection will always have me remembering the sweet salty sea air and the last glows of a summer sun. #tasmanianmade #bespokejewellery #oceaninspiredjewelry

14.01.2022 The Royal Oak, a sweet little spot down Art School memory lane. It’s had a little pep up recently and my golly has Wendy done it well. The soul of the place is completely in tact, just add a next level delish menu and a rooftop to swan about on. Of course live music is still the absolute heart of the oak, ‘the hotel of uncommon character’.

13.01.2022 Hi friends! I'm looking for a male and female model for a premium wine shoot this Friday afternoon. Classy and elegant, age 25-45. You'll be paid to drink wine and smile. Who's free?

11.01.2022 Backyard kitchen adventures with @walkersopheak and @jopinkiewicz cooking up a Cambodian storm.

10.01.2022 My friends and I have been making art. Next week we will put it in a gallery space and people can come see it if they want to. Isn’t it so nice that we can do that!

09.01.2022 A proper good drop to add some adventure to the afternoon with @routleys and @hillwood_whisky @ Hillwood, Tasmania, Australia

08.01.2022 There is no substitute for quality. This is true not just for biscuits, and even more so for garments, whiskey and countryside accomodation. @routleys looking sharp at @granaryrichmondhill with a sneaky @hillwood_whisky just because.

08.01.2022 Saturday morning style - thoughtful and elegant, just like the girls EVOKE Property Styling See their page for more sweet styling AND an opportunity for a free photoshoot!

06.01.2022 Congratulations @furneauxdistillery for taking out gold at the @australianginawards That’s an achievement worth celebrating! #gin #tasmanianmade #flindersisland

06.01.2022 An advocate for our environment and our more than human friends, @andreaedawkins thank you for all you do. @sikorska_meikle has an incredibly beautiful way of honouring some of Launceston’s very inspiring women through her art, it’s been a pleasure to be involved in this project. See her version of Andrea and others over on her page.

05.01.2022 Sunday brunch. How pretty is the pink salt!? @apinchoftas makes this delicious sea salt with beetroot and horseradish and I’ve been putting it on everything! And @redcoworganics fetta. I may have developed an addiction to this too. Oh and how good are king oyster mushrooms!! I’m not even that much of a mushroom fan but these guys have been making it to the plate in various forms lately. Seen here alongside some @mountgnomonfarm bacon and free range eggs. And the earl of Tasmania tea from the @the_tea_equation is a fine way to finish a #locavore brunch, with a nice little pepper berry kick. #tasmania really has the best produce. #eatlocalgrown #knowyourfood

05.01.2022 when does it stop hurting he asked as the icy water lapped his sea-soaked body. But they stayed, played in the waves and the pain gave way to joy, beauty, truth, love.

03.01.2022 Hi folks! My beautiful and very clever friend Agnieszka Sikorska-Meikle Illustration has designed a website for me and now it's live!
